These are our terms and conditions that are part of your shipping policy
Shipping Policy
All of our shipments are produced and processed in a range of 1-3 business days. We do not ship our products on weekends.
If we are experiencing a high demand of our products your shipping could be delayed 1 extra day. We apologize for any inconvenience this could cause but also want to make you aware of this. If this is the case on one of your orders or there is a delay we will contact you immediately through e-mail or by phone.
Cost of shipment and delivery time
The cost of your shipment will be added and shown to you at the time of your checkout.
For shipments in Mexico the delivery time is between 1-3 business days.
For shipments in the United States the delivery time is between 1-3 business days.
Shipment confirmation and tracking your order
You will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Your tracking number will be active in the next 24 hours.
Tax, Customs, Tariff
CERATO is not responsible for any tax applied to your order. Any tariff imposed during or after the shipment is the clients responsibility (tariffs, tax, etc.)
Damage
We are not responsible for any damage the product has experienced during the delivery. If you have received a damaged order due to the previously mentioned cause please contact the delivery company to place a report.
Please make sure you keep the complete shipment and damaged product to place a report.
