You have a problem with your product. What can you do?
We verify the quality of all of our products before we ship it to you and we make sure that everything is up to our standards so that you can enjoy your product the moment you receive it. Nevertheless, if you have a problem with your purchase we will take care of your problem and repair or replace your product as long as it was a fabrication error and you inform us the moment you receive the product. You have to keep in mind that the products that have been personalized do not apply for reimbursements or returns. If you have any problems with your product please contact us at sales@ceratollp.com
Your product was not personalized and you want to return it or exchange it. What can I do?
If you buy one of our products without personalizing it we can offer an exchange once you have sent back the product and the product is in the excellent quality conditions. Contact us at sales@ceratollp.com to get a return.
Your personalization has worn out or is wearing out. What can I do?
If your personalization is getting worn out or is vanishing for whatever reason please send us your product to our office at 222 North Expressway 83 Suite 118, Brownsville TX 78521.
Please include a note with your address and information so that we can send your item back once it has been repaired at no extra cost.
